It stands on a small hill in a panoramic position. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and overlooks the swimming pool. It has a surface area of 220 square metres, which includes a porch, a living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms.

The Villa is the central and main structure of our estate. It has a panoramic porch that looks out over Lake Trasimeno (visible from a distance) and the Central Apennines, as far as the Marche Apennines.

One of the two bathrooms has a shower, the second has a bathtub. In the living room there is a double sofa bed so that the maximum occupancy of the structure can be up to seven people.

The Villa 'I Girasoli' also has a private garden, i.e. the green space between the porch and the swimming pool.
